Goa MBBS Admission 2018 through NEET 2018

The Directorate of Technical Education will be the counselling conducting committee of Goa MBBS Admission 2018. The counselling committee will not hold any separate entrance exam for admission to MBBS and BDS programme in the state of Goa. The Goa MBBS BDS Admission 2018 will be done based on NEET 2018 score. Goa MBBS 2018 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria of Goa MBBS 2018 will be set by counselling committee, the Directorate of Technical Education, Goa. All qualified candidates will meet the eligibility criteria of Goa MBBS Admission 2018 to admission in MBBS programme and BDS programme. The Goa MBBS eligibility criteria 2018 are listed below.

  • Candidates should be citizen of India.
  • Candidates must have completed 17 years on or before December 31, 2018.
  • Candidates must have passed 10 + 2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) with English.
  • General category candidates will have to score above 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology while reserved category candidates will have to score minimum 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • Candidates must have to appear and qualify NEET 2018 examination.

Goa MBBS 2018 Application Form

The admission conducting committee, the Directorate of Technical Education, Goa will declare the application form of Goa MBBS Admission 2018 in online mode only. The Goa MBBS Application Form 2018 will be declared tentatively in 3rd week of June, 2018. Candidates must have to fill application form to participate in admission process. Candidates who fail to fill and submit the application form then they will not allow participating in admission process. In application form, candidates will have to fill personal details and educational qualification details, etc. The application fee for general category candidates is Rs. 1500 and for reserved category candidates is Rs. 1000. The application fee of Goa MBBS BDS Admission 2018 will have to pay by all candidates via demand draft payable to “Director of Technical Education” at Panaji.  

 

Goa MBBS 2018 Merit List

The Goa MBBS Merit List 2018 will be declared by the counselling committee, Directorate of Technical Education, Goa. The merit list of Goa MBBS Admission 2018 will be declared for those candidates who will clear NEET 2018 examination. Goa MBBS merit list 2018 will be set based on NEET 2018 scores. Only those candidates whose names are available in the merit list will be called for counselling procedure. The merit list of Goa MBBS 2018 will be include candidate’s name, category, date of birth, NEET roll number, NEET score, all India rank. If a position appears when one or more candidates have the same score, then the choice or preference will be given to a candidate who is older in age.

Goa MBBS 2018 Counselling

The Goa MBBS Counselling 2018 will be conducted in offline mode only. The counselling of Goa MBBS Admission 2018 will be held by counselling committee, Directorate of Technical Education, Goa. Candidates who have qualified NEET 2018 will be called for counselling process of Goa MBBS 2018. Candidates will be offered in for counselling procedure through their ranking in merit list. At the time of counselling, candidates should be physically present at the counselling centre. Seat allotment will be allotted based on candidate’s choice and total number of seats in the colleges. After seat allotment, the candidates will have to go at their allotted colleges for document verification and payment of fees. After document verification and fee payment, the admission will be completed. If there are vacant seats left after first round of counselling, then second round of counselling will be held by counselling committee. The whole process will be same as the first round of counselling.

 

Reservation of Seats of Goa MBBS Admission 2018

The counselling committee will offer reservation of seats for different categories. The candidates can appear for reservation seats on their category and category candidates to prove their category.
